John Coleman is the founding member and oversees the company’s multifaceted operations. John is a native of Atlanta and attended Georgia State University where he was awarded the Presidential Scholarship, the highest scholarship granted by the university. There he graduated Magna Cum Laude in three years, receiving a dual degree in Business Statistics and Real Estate, as well as minors in both German and Philosophy.
For his achievements in his undergraduate real estate studies, he was awarded the John H. Cowart Scholarship, the Georgia Chapter CCIM Scholarship, and was also named a Faculty Scholar. Mr. Coleman then attended Georgia State University College of Law in the evenings while working full-time in the field of real estate investment as a title examiner and paralegal. He graduated Cum Laude, finishing in approximately the top 15% of his class. During law school he was the Vice President and a founding member of the Estate Planning & Wealth Management Law Society and the President of the Environmental Law Society. Mr. Coleman also received the Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund Scholarship and the State Bar of Georgia Exemplary Real Property Law Student Award. He also received awards for his studies in Corporations, Litigation, and Bankruptcy.
Mr. Coleman is a member of the American Bar Association and its Real Property, Trust, and Estate Section. He is also an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and its Real Property Law Section. Mr. Coleman is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
